There seems to be better days ahead for the Nigerian and the British governments as British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Paul Arkwright, met with some notable people in the Nigerian society for discussion.
Arkwright, met with the national leader of the ruling political party; All Progressives Congress(APC) Chief Bola Tinubu, owner of the popular indigenous telecommunication; Globacom Telecommunication Chairman, Chief Mike Adenuga and the Africa’s richest man; Chairman of Dangote Group, Alhaji Aliko Dangote separately.
Impressed Arkwright, after a successful meeting with the trio shared some photos on his official twitter account with different captions :
“Was a truly warm welcome from @GloWorld Chairman #MikeAdenuga down in Lagos. Great for UK-Nigeria business opps”.
“Also got to meet up with Senator #BolaTinubu last weekend in Lagos. Interesting discussion on UK- Nigeria affairs”.
Mr. Arkwright, yesterday also moved his meetings with top Nigerians to the Ondo State, where he entered into a discussion with the governor of the State Dr. Olusegun Mimiko .
He also share on his social a picture with Mimiko and captioned it :
“When you’re guest of @Segunmimiko, Gov of Nigeria’s Sunshine State, discussions can only be on the bright side”.
