Meet the 14 Year Old Girl Who Is Africa’s Youngest Representative at Rio Olympic

Kaya Adwoa Forson is a 14 year old Ghanaian swimmer. Who represented her country at the Olympics in Rio, she is the first Ghanaian ever to swim at the Olympics.

In 2015, when she was 13 years old , she represented Ghana at the World Championships in Kazan, Russia and placed 66th and 44th in the 200m freestyle and 200m backstroke respectively.. She was the youngest competitor in the world.

She was born in Canada on March 19, 2012 .She lives in Malaga, Spain  . She is presently studying   at the Lycee Franqais International  de Malaga.
