A reputable Canadian travel and hospitality firm, Sleeping Airports ranked South Africa’s Cape Town International Airport, Kigali International Airport and Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (Port Louis) in Mauritius as the  best three airports in Africa, the survey released on Wednesday also ranked Juba International Airport in South Sudan, Port Harcourt International Airport in Nigeria, and Nouakchott Airport in Mauritania as the worst airports on the continent.

The ranking is based on travelers’ response, the popular travel website asked them questions based on their airport experiences.

Sleeping Airports was established in 1996 with the mandate to create an avenue where passengers all over the world can share their travel experiences.
