A seminar aimed at providing the right information for the beneficiaries of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals((DACA) will hold at Family Therapy Center, 17500 Northland Park Court, Southfield on Sunday September 17, 2017.
This is put together by African Bureau for Immigration and Social Affairs (ABISA) in collaboration with Kola Restaurant & Ultra Lounge, Wazobia Global Times Newspaper, Family Health Therapy, National African Business Association(NABA), Michigan United, Ambassador Magazine and other organizations in the community.
The seminar aims at providing the beneficiaries who are affected by President’s Trump’s decision to repeal the policy with free legal consultation and other community resources that are useful to them. In addition to this, a fundraiser will hold at Kola Restaurant & Ultra Lounge on September 22nd and 23rd, 2017.
Many members of the community including Lawyers, Community and immigration Advocates will speak at the seminar which starts at 4pm and ends at 7pm.
