Scholarships and Permanent Residency for Qualified International Students in Canada

Many Western countries offer students from other countries different forms of scholarships. A few countries like Germany made their schools tuition free. Countries like Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark offered tuition free for international students until recently. However, many students can still study in these countries free if they are able to get scholarships. Many schools only require that the students work for the schools  for 10-20 hours weekly.
