By: Wazobia Staff   South Africa topped the list of countries with the highest use of mobile applications, the country is followed by Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya and Uganda in that order. Opera’s State of the Mobile Web Africa 2016 Report which showcases mobile internet trends across the continent revealed this. The report says 33% of South Africa’s population use mobile applications followed by 31% and 28% in Ghana and Nigeria respectively. Team Nigeria Leads Other African Teams at Rio Paralympic Games

By; Wazobia Staff   Team Nigeria finishes the Rio Paralympic Games with a total of 12 medals . South African Cyclist Breaks Olympic Record

Dayo Fasasi, A 24-year-old South African Cyclist Louis Meintjes, has broken new ground at the 2016 Olympics, as he emerged, the first South African to reach the 8th position in Olympics race. Meintjes, finished the race, coming 8th in this year’s Tour de France. According to reports, no South African has ever gotten above the 10 position.
